Dr. Prasanga Ketawala is a family physician with extensive international and Canadian clinical experience. He obtained his medical degree in Sri Lanka and completed his internship in Internal Medicine and Obstetrics & Gynecology. He later earned a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology.
After relocating to Canada in 2014, Dr. Ketawala completed his Family Medicine residency at the University of Manitoba. He went on to practice in rural Manitoba, providing comprehensive primary care and emergency medicine services to diverse communities. In addition to his clinical work, he currently serves as a Clinical Teacher with the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Manitoba, contributing to the education of future physicians.
Following completion of a Diploma in Dermatology, Dr. Ketawala has shifted his clinical focus toward aesthetic medicine and the medical use of botulinum toxin. He is currently pursuing U.S. board certification in Aesthetic Medicine.
He provides evidence-based, minimally invasive treatments — including therapeutic Botox and trigger point injections — while continuing to deliver comprehensive, patient-centred family medicine.

Josaphine started her career in healthcare as a Manitoba Certified Kinesiologist, specialising in preventative health care and behaviour change. Knowing how important movement is to daily quality of life, she became a Canadian Certified Pedorthist in 2023 after graduating with distinction from the Diploma in Pedorthics program at Western University. As a Pedorthist she specialises in lower limb gait analyses and custom-made foot orthotics.
Josaphine enjoys integrating the work she does as a Pedorthist with the foundational knowledge and skills she acquired as a Kinesiologist to help people move better from the ground up. Her primary goal is to provide people with the knowledge and tools they need to pursue more active lifestyles.
Outside of the clinic Josaphine works as a group fitness instructor, boxing coach, and public health educator. In her spare time, she enjoys staying active with her partner and spending time outdoors—whether that be in her downtown patio garden or on an adventure out of town.
